Video Call Appointment

We will arrange a convenient time with you to have a video call about your device and issue(s). ON the call we can offer troubleshooting and quick fixes (not all devices need repair and high costs).

Processing Repair

If your device needs a repair, we will arrange to book-in your device! We aim to get all repairs back to users within 72hours (depending on stock availability and the issue).

    For us to better understand your issue we find it it best to arrange a video call where we can troubleshoot and confirm your issue (maybe even fix it!). We can use WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype and Zoom depending on the issue. See you soon!

    How are devices collected?

    If your device needs repair we want to ensure your device arrives and leaves in a better condition. All devices are photographed ooo receipt and tagged for triage and repair. Depending on the device and where possible you can mail-in your device, for this we require insured shipping on both sending and receiving. Alternatively we can arrange to collect your device and arrange delivery after repair (depending on location).

    Do we do data Recovery?

    We take data and privacy very seriously and want to ensure you receive the right level of trust and confidentiality when it comes to personal or company data. We work with our trusted partner for eradication and shredding with certificates. Contact us for more info!

    Do you repair Phones?

    We want to offer the best service possible and certain repairs can only be done by manufacturer. Please contact us using the Repair Form and we will do our best to help [Click Here]

    What happens if I miss the video call?

    If you miss the video call, it’s not a problem. All you need to do is find another time that is convenient for you and we can get you connected to a tech on a video call!

    HOW MUCH WILL ALL THIS COST ME?

    Thats a hard question, we hope to resolve issues asap and avoid physical repairs where possible. To find out the cost of getting your tech back up and working is free!     Can I get a Loaner Laptop?

    Yes, depending on model and availability, you can get a loaner laptop while your laptop is being repaired. Contact us and a Service Tech will advise accordingly.
